• What “individual professional needs” have you identified? 
• I need to better incorporate the indigenous worldview and knowledge into my math teaching. I also want to learn more classroom management strategies for the diverse classroom.
• What teaching areas of interest or areas of professional growth would you like to work in the coming year? 
• In this upcoming year, I want to learn what the ways are for a new teacher to better incorporate themselves into the new environment. I want to learn some ways I can start making my students do enough math practice each day.
• What kinds of professional learning opportunities are you interested in?
• I am interested in attending workshops. Also, getting information and useful resources from the school district. Also attending a field trip for indigenous education.
• Have you already engaged in professional development over and above the BEd program? What was it? How did it inform your teaching? Did it have an impact on student learning?
• Yes. I attended the Surrey Teacher Association Professional Development Conference. Attend a workshop on building belonging for educators in our school communities.
